1. How is your apparel printed?

All apparel is printed by direct printing the ink onto the garment. The ink is permanently embedded into the fabric for long lasting designs that will not crack or peel off.

2. How long does it take for an order to be printed?

Express and Priority orders normally ship the next business day. The shipping time for standard orders varies depending on order volumes. If you have a deadline, allow extra time or select our affordable Priority shipping.

3. How are your products shipped?

All orders are printed and shipped from Ohio. We mail orders through the US Postal Service.

4. What is your return policy?

If you aren't satisfied with your order, return it for a refund (shipping charges excluded) or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

5. This is a gift, will the recipient see what I paid?

No, all of our orders ship with a packing list that does not include pricing information. The name of the person ordering is printed on the packing list so the recipient will know who the gift is from.

6. Do you handle special requests?

Yes, we handle special requests. If you are looking for a specific kind of graphic, let us know and we will do what we can to provide it.
